We will review and comment on the tender return to select the most complete and reasonable value for money quote. In addition, we will arrange for all contracts to be drawn up with the builder including compliance with your obligations under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

The construction team will be supplied with 3D drawings for clarity. All our construction sites are monitored by qualified professionals. Weekly and monthly progress reports including photos will be shared with you for a hassle-free design and construction process.
